Rich Mix is a charity that welcomes the communities of the world in East London to create, enjoy and share culture.
Our building is a central Shoreditch landmark. Inside is a flexible, creative, fully equipped multi-purpose venue including cinema screens, a bar and boardroom. Take your pick from our blank canvas spaces, accommodating up to 500 people, we’re primed for events of all shapes and sizes.

Event organisers choose us for their conferences, product launches and parties because of our adaptable spaces, dedicated and responsive events team and wealth of experience. We host a huge
range of events including large film screenings and 360-degree brand activations. Plus, all profit from the hire of Rich Mix goes back into supporting our work as a charity – transforming lives in our community through creativity.

200m²181 seated capacity (plus 2 disabled bays) Screen 1 is our largest screen room, accommodating 181 guests (plus 2 wheelchair bays).

The boutique screening room design makes us one of the most attractive cinemas in London.

There's a small stage space at the front of the screen, and full conferencing facilities are available.

Available to hire in conjunction with our other spaces for drinks receptions.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation by the Client, any deposit paid will not be refunded; the Client shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee which shall be a percentage of the Initial Fee as follows: more than 91days 25%, 46-90 days 50%, 45 days or less 100%.

Love this cultural oasis in Shoreditch. The range of events they have, from films to live performance to k-pop quiz nights, makes this a special space to come to. Feels very honey and authentic, and that's rare for London.

I really enjoyed my time at Rich Mix. We went to see Mo Amer, which was an incredible experience in itself, but what made it extra special was the care we received from the staff. We requested accommodations for my partner ahead of time and the staff were extremely helpful. It made it possible for us both to enjoy the show stress-free. Thank you, Rich Mix!

Good local independent cinema with other events to participate in or view during week day and weekend such as gigs etc..with a eatery inside. Easily accessible from bethnal green tube or Shoreditch overground or plenty of buses from not far away within walking distance. Or two buses that stop extremely close outside or opposite. Not a large cinema, seating is quite comfortable showing a range of current and independent movies. If your hoping for the experience of some of the well known established cinemas then this is not for you.

The place itself has a lot of good vibes to it. I loved the cinema and the little space on the first floor where you can grab something before your movie starts. However, the service at the bar is TERRIBLE! You don't need to be overly friendly to provide a good customer service, but it would be nice to address specific or special customer requests without making a screwed-up face!
