March 2025I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at The Hoxton in Shoreditch, thanks to Pedro, a member of the lobby floor staff. A couple of months ago, I visited and ordered a wine called Salt+Stone, where I first encountered Pedro. From the start, I was impressed by his down-to-earth, grounded approach in helping me choose the wine. His calm and happy demeanor made it clear that he genuinely cares about providing great service, and he does so effortlessly. Today, March 27th, I had the pleasure of encountering him again, and once more, his attentive and calm approach left me feeling truly appreciated as a guest. It's rare to encounter customer service that truly stands out, but Pedro's service certainly does. He has left a lasting impression on me, and I would rate my experience with him a perfect 10/10. Thank you to Pedro and The Hoxton team for setting such a high standard of service!

March 2025Really nice hotel in good location. Rooms are bit dark but nicely decorated. Its not very well noise isolated though and staff is bit unpleasant to talk to. I also really disliked the breakfast concept which is á la carte. It always took ages for them to serve the food, one day I waited more than 30 mins. This is unacceptable for breakfast. It is better to have breakfast outside, there are plenty of nice cafeterias serving brunch in walking distance.

April 2025The hotel itself is beautiful, lovely interiors and great communal areas. However, the room was small considering the price. We tried to order bagels late at night but we eventually cancelled the order after an hour despite the estimated delivery time being 20 mins. In the morning we called 4 times for room service but the phone was never answered.
