Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen has become somewhat of a Canada Water institution located just a stones throw from the station. Our neighbourhood style bar focusses on great food, an excellent selection of drinks and a hub for all the live sport you could ever need!
With a contemporary bar and dining space Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen is the perfect spot whether it be brunch with friends or after work drinks to catch the game. All of our food is fresh, with a focus on well sourced ingredients; from brunch to lunch, to bar bites, Sunday roasts, delicious cocktails, a huge beer selection and a great wine list.
We also boast a huge outside terrace to soak up the sun and cocktails all year long! Perfect for a bit of alfresco drinking, dining or both with friends.
Live sport is something we can all get behind and here at Leadbelly’s. Not only do we show all of the fixtures from the world of Football, Rugby, F1, Boxing and more but we do so across 6 huge screens throughout the venue including a 120-inch projector screen so you never miss a moment of the action!
We are open 7 days a week serving up great food, great drinks and an unrivalled atmosphere for live sport with bookings available for groups large or small!
For larger parties, the Whole Venue can be hired out exclusively which allows guests to benefit from all areas at Leadbelly's

December 2024Very nice pizza, I prefer this pizza to Canada Water cafe’s pizza which is chewy and wet in the middle. It has a crispy crust. The artichoke and rocket pizza has less mozzarella than a usual pizza which I liked. If you have a baggy ask to be seated in the main dining room. Better to book in advance from Thursdays to Sundays.

January 2025I've visited this spot three times, and it's been a great experience. The ambiance is perfect for solo relaxation during the day and socializing with friends in the evening. The staff are friendly and polite, and the food is decent. However, I've had one consistent issue: the closing time. Despite their website stating otherwise, they've closed an hour early each time I've visited. Overall, it's a cool spot, but hopefully, they'll resolve the closing time discrepancy.

December 2024We had a fantastic experience at here! We ordered the kids’ Margherita pizza and the fish and chips, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The portion size for the kids’ plate was just right, and the fish and chips were perfectly cooked, with the chips being especially tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. A thoughtful touch was the box of crayons provided for kids to color while waiting—such a great way to keep them entertained. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

January 2025The food was really nice, good quality ingredients and tasted great. The cocktails were nice but lacked sweetness and were quite tart. I had a mojito and it had no sugar in it which made it less enjoyable. But other than that, it was a nice place to go. Staff were attentive and the decor was cool.

December 2024Awful experience overall. The nachos were an embarrassment, no guacamole and sloppy sauces sprayed over stale chips. The fish and chips arrived with a thick, rubbery coating, and the Caesar salad left a horrible feeling in our stomachs. We only gave two stars because the waiters were decent. Honestly, you’re better off avoiding the food and sticking to drinks. There are plenty of other places in the area with far better value.
