The Princess of Wales Pub in Primrose Hill has been recently renovated. It is set over three floors offering an elegant private dining room on the first floor, the main bar on the ground floor and the garden room, our basement bar open to the Banksy Beer Garden (named after a mysterious lion stenciled that appeared in 2011). The three floors can be booked separately for parties, press launches, weddings, private breakfasts, lunches, dinners and much more - each room is versatile and adaptable to each event. The venue is also available to hire as a whole, for larger functions.
The Princess Room is available to hire for private breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

March 2025Food tasted really great. Nice variety on the menu. Portion sizes were a bit small for the price but I don't think the taste would disappoint. Consider adding small plates also. The doughnuts dessert may look boring but it was so good and full of flavors. Service and atmosphere were also good.

April 2025Stop scrolling. Book the cocktail class. Trust me. 🍸 I’m absolutely overflowing with praise for this fantastic pub! I booked their private cocktail class for a group of 15, and WOW - it blew my expectations out of the water. We had exclusive use of the entire basement bar and the adjacent Garden Room, which felt like our own private party HQ. The vibes? Immaculate. The space? Gorgeous. The experience? Unforgettable. Our cocktail wizard for the evening was Claydee, and I genuinely cannot sing his praises enough. He hosted us with such warmth, patience, and good humour for a full two hours - and somehow managed to keep the energy high, the drinks flowing, and all of us in line (no small feat 😂). I dropped off a box of decorations the night before, complete with a mildly obsessive set of instructions - and not only did Claydee and the team follow every detail to the letter, they nailed it. The space looked stunning. Their attention to detail and care in bringing my vision to life was just incredible. The cocktails? Delicious. The session? Super fun, well-organised, and perfect for groups. The service? Top tier. Seriously - book this class and don’t look back. It’s a guaranteed good time. 🎉
