Respite & Welfare break. My wife and I said for two nights prior to Christmas. I cannot thank you enough for offering fellow servicemen and women including veterans a free stay that have been or going through a troubling time. Hotel is located on top of Hyde Park and is an ideal location for winter wonderland and Oxford Street shopping. Hotel is a two minute walk from Marble Arch tube station. Room is fantastic and has everything you need. The hall ways and sitting areas are full of military memorabilia and pictures. You could spend hours looking at it all. Food is of the highest quality and tastes amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely and could sit in there for a while. Staff always greet you with a smile and are polite and would do anything for you. Hats off to Johnny who worked in the restaurant. That man has such a personality and made my wife and I feel at home and made us laugh and smile. Give that man a raise. Thanks once again for our respite & welfare break, we are extremely grateful. We will be staying again

This is a hotel for military members in London. It is open to all ranks and all services of the UK Armed Forces, NATO and the Commonwealth and their families. Getting a membership is free and the hotel had a excellent location, very friendly staff and good food. The room we had was very clean and was serviced every day. A perfect place for enjoying London
