Home to 12 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, this centre isn't one to miss with exclusive private hire for up to 800 people, the opportunities are endless for events and bespoke private hires in our fun filled venue. A spacious open plan venue offering tall ceilings, fantastic lighting, a state of the art sound system and in house catering. The centre boasts 2 bars serving an extensive range of drinks, 12 luxury bowling lanes including 3 plush VIP lanes, all with chesterfield sofas, the option of amusements and virtual reality, alongside 4 Pool tables and a shuffleboard table.
The amusements and restaurant furniture can be removed from the venue in order to create a large open floor area for a Conference set-up, Canapé or Bowl Food function, or Banqueting tables can be provided for a sit down dinner option.

November 2024I booked 1.5 hours of bowling for my party and I after going out for dinner for my birthday. Did not disappoint despite it being very busy! Amazing atmosphere!! There is an arcade, bar, around 10 bowling lanes if I remember correctly, a few toilets and duckpin bowling available upstairs. Toilets were clean and spacious; many arcade games and machines; clean space in general. Each lane has a sofa and a screen each and share a table space to store your shoes (keep in mind you can bowl in your own shoes as long as they are closed toe and flat!). The table is shared with the next lane so it is ideal to book two lanes if your party size is 8 or more! There is a star on the table so you can scan it on your phone to view the menu and order food/drink to your lane(s). Physical menus are also provided, decently priced. Halal food is also available! A member of my party ordered the halal chicken burger and it was good. Note that it did take a bit long for it to arrive. Each lane can hold 8 people, but many recommend you have no more than 5 on a lane. Price is dependent on duration, how many lanes you book, and weekday or weekend. Paid £180 for 2 lanes (for 14 people) for 1.5 hours on a weekend. Book in advance!

December 2024Great range of games and the staff were very helpful and polite. The one thing that let it down was the toilets. There was such a terrible smell as soon as you entered the them it was very off putting. I can understand that whilst it maybe busy you may not always have the opportunity to get them checked but something should be put in place otherwise it takes away from the experience.

December 2024I'm dissatisfied with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. I booked a bowling session for five people on 14th December 2024 via your online portal. Initially, I encountered an issue applying for my birthday discount. Having forgotten to apply it at checkout, I contacted customer services for assistance. Unfortunately, I was informed that my order could not be amended due to your no-refund policy, and the operator's tone was less than friendly. This was disappointing, especially as the discount was intended as a birthday gift from your company. Upon arrival for our 6:00 pm booking, we experienced further issues. The initial staff member asked for my name multiple times before attending to another customer without resolving our check-in. Her colleague, who appeared to be a manager, then took over, repeatedly asking for my name and requesting that we wait for varying periods. As a result, we did not begin bowling until 6:25 pm, despite our scheduled start time. This delay caused us to run late for a subsequent restaurant reservation. To compound matters, our second game was abruptly terminated without prior warning, leaving my friends and me frustrated and upset. This experience was far below the standard I expected and has led me to reconsider recommending Hollywood Bowl to others. I trust you will take these concerns seriously and address the issues to prevent future occurrences.
