Disappointed! I booked photoshoot half an hour slot and arrived to the studio when appointment supposed to have place. I arrived and no one was there. No notification of cancellation and no money refunded to me although sending a few emails and being said by the owner face to face that she will deal with my request! I have purchased 12 credits- pole privates and it was not transferred to my new account after changing software the system doesn’t allow me to book and credits are not there - I used just 1 credit in January. No one is replying to my emails although I was promised on the phone that they will look into this matter. This is the shame… I used to love this place. Be careful

After 6 years, I've decided not to renew my membership here. This used to be such a wonderful community, with fantastic, experienced teachers and such a great schedule of classes. However, since new ownership standards have drastically dropped over the past year. Brilliant teachers have been replaced by teachers with much less experience; classes are dropped from the timetable with no reason; poles and gym equipment are broken and not replaced; sauna doesn't work properly; and hygiene is terrible. It's run by people who seem to have no idea of what they're doing, and don't seem to even care, as long as people pay the membership (which has doubled in price). I wouldn't recommend this place at all, but if you're thinking of joining definitely check it out in person first - you might find it looks quite different to the website photos... Such a shame.
