Our riverside venue is a top pick for weddings, celebrations, meetings, events, and conferences. Our rooms feature charming period details such as beautiful wooden floors, sparkling crystal chandeliers, and tall windows that provide stunning views of the Thames.
The exclusive hire of the first floor is the largest of our event spaces, which includes The Nelson room and the adjacent Hawke & Howe bar. The space can accommodate seated events for up to 180 and standing events for 350 guests.
Alternatively, for smaller events, The Hawke & Howe can accommodate up to 60 seated or 100 guests standing, whilst The Hardy Suite on the 2nd floor can accommodate 60 seated or 80 guests for a standing event.
We also have a dedicated private dining and bar within The Pickle Room, accommodating 20 seated on one table and 32 on adjacent tables.
…and for those wanting something completely different, our newest addition to the family; The Cribbs Parlour is hidden away below deck. A speakeasy-style members' bar, the venue features low-slung seating and offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Trafalgar upstairs.
Our Cribb’s Parlour is a one of a kind unique underground venue. An intimate, below-deck extension of the pub with a playfully sophisticated yet comfortably relaxed atmosphere. The perfect space for vibrant gatherings and private parties accommodating up to 80 guests standing. Our Cribbs Parlour is complete with its own fully private bar, delicious range of food options, DJ decks and space to dance the night away.

January 2025Bottom line: historical atmosphere, superb food, great service. The tavern has a long and storied history from the imperial shipping and naval past to the gathering place of the Labour Party. It is for very good reasons that this is a long lived and popular place. We happened to be there for Sunday dinner. It has a fairly large seating area, but it was near capacity. Service was prompt and friendly. Our party of four had a mix of Sunday roast and fish and chips, with a side of onion rings to share. We also sampled from a good array of beers. The Sunday roast was good, but I wouldn’t say remarkable. The fish and chips were exceptionally good, I’d say the best I’ve ever had. The onion rings were also very, very good. Would I go back… you bet I would!

March 2025Lovely food, nice selection of ales, and really happy to see Murphy's on tap as well as Guinness. Not had a Murphy's for years. The fish and chips was a good size, had the lemon and raspberry sorbet for dessert, lovely and fresh. The live band was good as well. Lovely view, and a good end to a very enjoyable and relaxing birthday. The Trafalgar Tavern is highly recommended.

January 2025Arguably one of the best pubs London has to offer! We came in to shelter from the cold, but the terrace in the summer is also spectacular, so it’s a prime spot to be at in any season! Wide selection of beers and cozy authentic vibe inside, I look forward to trying out the food once too!

February 2025Late post we were there November 2024, we would love to share this amazing restaurant. My parents and uncle were first in London and my second time but all our first time here the food was extremely delicious especially the fish and the service was awesome. the manager and waitress were extremely helpful as it was a busy Sunday lunch but we got a table very quickly.

March 2025It's a lovely Sunday afternoon. Take a little walk around Greenwich, and if you are hungry, pop into the Trafalgar Tavern. They do a lovely roast on Sunday, but be aware that it could get really busy. Good part about their roast is that the meat isn't dead dry, and the veg isn't burn! I also heard that their whitebait is really nice. I would definitely go back again just for the whitebait and the roast.
