The hotel is exceptionally well-located, just a short walk from Hyde Park and offering many great restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, and the lounge had some delightful offerings (I visited it in the evening). However, at a similar price range and conveniently situated nearby, I found the JW Marriott to be a better choice. In front of the Marriott, there’s a must-visit coffee shop called HR Higgins. If you’re a coffee enthusiast, you simply can’t miss this place.

Quiet, but central location makes your stay a very relaxing one. The staff are helpful, but never intrusive, in my mind that is the best combination. The rooms are in perfect condition and the bathrooms offer every amenity. The cleaning staff were meticulous and again not intrusive. Worth every penny.

Rooms are adequate for the price. Simple clean designs and functional. Water pressure in the showers could be better. Location in Mayfair is outstanding - few minutes’ walk to the Tube, Bond Street, Selfridges etc. Easy access to Heathrow Airport from Bond Street station on the new Elizabeth line. This alone is worth the price of admission.
