    All the staff were so polite! Our room was lovely with a surprise for my birthday! There was cake and champagne! It was a nice welcome to London surprise. Mekdes was so helpful at breakfast and very sweet. My sister and I had a lovely stay!

    We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Mekdes who was very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The food choice at breakfast was great, with some different options to give variety to the usual hotel breakfast buffet.

    Excellent hotel! Very nice and clean inside. Good looking bar with attentive staff. Nice buffet breakfast and a little shop to buy things that you need or have forgotten! Only a 5 minute walk to Marble Arch tube station so within easy reach of the city centre.
