Came tonight for a work event and absolutely loved the hotel and meeting venue. Style is "quirky English classical" with lots of art pieces doted throughout the common areas. Staff was super attentive and friendly, will definitely recommend it for friends staying over and/or people needing a nice venue for work events

From start to finish we had a great time. When we arrived the receptionist was so friendly, welcoming and informative our room was not ready so we went to the bar for coffee. We were served by Grace who was lovely and even recommended some things to do in the area while we waited for our room (The Wallace Collection is a hidden gem!) then the next morning when she was running around a busy breakfast room she took the time to ask what we'd done and if we'd enjoyed ourselves. She also recommended the spicy eggs and avocado on toast which was so good my husband had it every day. All the food was amazing this hotel has some really talented chefs! The hotel is cute and Sherlock Holmes theme without being over the top and the location is perfect. Totally recommend

I had a fantastic stay at Holmes Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered all the comforts I could need. The facilities, especially the reataurant and also the front of house staff were amazing and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!
