Holmes Hotel, The Billiard Room

We recently hosted a dental course at Holmes Hotel London, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The venue itself is premium in every sense—elegantly designed, immaculately maintained, and providing a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere that left a fantastic impression on all our delegates. The service was outstanding, with every detail carefully managed to ensure a seamless event. A special mention must go to Gavin, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference. The food was excellent, well-presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by our attendees. The entire experience reflected the high standards of the venue, and I would highly recommend Holmes Hotel for professional events. Looking forward to hosting future courses here!

Hotel was amazing but room had literally just enough space to move around the bed and exit. I had to keep my suitcase inside of the window. The service at breakfast and bar was super slow although cocktails were great. Service was generally ok but the staff at reception early morning check out particular were really rude and behaviour wise basic. I'd generally return for the facility but would think twice because of the staff.
