Such a beautiful event space but the service and staff were abysmal and if not for my husband they would have ruined our wedding rehearsal dinner. The service was so terrible we have reported M’Nuchah/ La Maison Suites to Trading Standards for unfair trading and breaches in consumer law. We booked this venue five months prior to our event and over the course of those five months there were numerous communications where plans for the day and required equipment were discussed. Yet on the day, M'Nuchah/ La Maison Suites failed to deliver to the expected standard. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. For example, even until today I sent two queries (one about kitchen usage and one about their formal complaints process) both of which were ignored. A small illustration of the poor customer service we received from M'Nuchah/ La Maison Suites staff. Would not recommend, ever. Such a shame because the venue was so beautiful, we have two family events later this year and one next year we had hoped to book the venue for – so glad we did not book all three events for the year at the same time! If I could give them a minus 1 star, I would. I despise the day I came across this venue on google.
