February 2025Beautiful hotel, very peaceful and quiet. The room is beautiful, spacious beyond expectations, a selection of pillows available, hairdryer in the room. Nice view from the window. We appreciated the hotel breakfasts which were very tasty every day with takeaway options. There are bus lines to the city centre a short walk from the hotel as well as trains.

February 2025I only stayed one night due to a private trip. The location is good, close to the underground and bus stop. To my pleasant surprise, I got a better, larger room for the same price. The staff was very friendly, the room was large with a window, and comfortable bed, very clean. A small bathroom with a shower, also clean, and plenty of shower fluid and shampoo, a hair dryer, an iron, a kettle, coffee, tea. Everything you need for a short stay. English or continental breakfast to choose from , coffee, freshly ground or other drink of your choice.For my short stay more than I expected for a good price.Thank you.

February 2025Close to public transport to get you into main shopping/eating areas. Staff very helpful, rooms lovely, clean and comfortable. Only negative was the parking situation but it may help to add a note to the website about construction taking place at the rear parking area so guests are aware that there is only about 10 bays out front.

February 2025The hotel is quiet, clean, no longer has a tarpaulin, because it was completely renovated, a short distance to the bus stop, the train, other small shops . The renovation was just being completed, the staff is always nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the service is excellent. I would blame the coldness in the room, the insufficient heating, possibly due to the reconstruction and the low flushing pressure in the toilet. I was like for the kettle and the possibility to make tea and coffee. Breakfast very good, everyone can choose, it is also possible to take it away. As for the location in 15 min. by bus 15 at the Tower.

February 2025We stayed during our small trip to London for 3 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, very comfortable and clean. The hotel offers good breakfast and is very close to train and bus station (around 5 min walking distance). In general we were very satisfied but in common areas (like reception and corridors) there was not enough heating.
