I cannot recommend the chicken skewers enough- such tasty succulent perfectly seasoned juicy portions of chicken, cooked with love that enamates with every bite. Sides that truly are worthy of such perfection, the biro biro rice, perfectly steamed and bursting with flavour of it's own. Crispy sweet potato fries and the best sweet coconut coleslaw ever, perfectly complement the spicy umami flavours and ofcourse- the spicy malagueta sauce which is a feast of flavours all by itself. Cabana's brilliant locations mean they are easy to get to and also surrounded by fast food venues who brazenly rescind quality and serve cardboard like food with no pride nor care- so why punish yourself with that supbar sustenance? When you can lavish your senses and indulge in succulent rich flavours using only the freshest high quality ingredients- which is apparent with every morsel. The starters easily good enough to eat alone as a main, the CFC- Chrurrasco Fried chicken is marvellous and moreish and the perfect forerunner to the star of the show- Malagueta chicken marinated and spiced down to a perfect Science and flame grilled with skill, firing up the flavours. In London many restaurants will have chefs who cook from their egos, Cabana's chefs cook from their hearts and souls with pride and flavour bursting from every bite. In Cabana, its their pleasure to serve you not just amazing food - but an amazing experience. There isn't anything else like it- nor can such perfection be copied by anyone else. The managers and senior staff, especially Richard, Joanna and Jose are all talented, dedicated people, who go above and beyond to ensure each diners experience is a lasting memory. Joanna is amazing, always smiling, ensuring everything runs smoothly and always pitching in to help her team and without even needing to ask always remembers how I like extra sauce on my chicken! Where else will you experience such fantastic service? They are all fantastically efficient and friendly, to customers and staff alike. The synergistic harmony amongst the staff, creates a brilliant safe atmosphere where you feel nourished as well as energized. No other restaurants runs such generous promotions as Cabana do and I dare you to find better food and better service. They look to giving people unparalleled top tier five star service with high quality fresh food and the range of dishes means there is something for everyone. Most restaurants stopped running deals after Covid/lockdown, reduced portions and hiked their prices- Cabana hasn't! If you haven't yet allowed yourself to be delighted by the Cabana experience- that alone should tell you where their passion is. I'm not an influencer nor a celebrity, just an ordinary customer who's enraptured by enthusiastic warmth and respect, greeted like old friends by staff and served the richest most resplendent flavours that activate taste receptors you won't even know you have, untill you dine at Cabana.
