BigShots Golf Northwick Park

Rented a booth for 2 hrs. Staff were helpful setting us up. Facilities themselves weren't bad - machine to get new balls didn't always work (although they did warn us), and the tracking system for shots seemed to always under represent the actual shot. That being said we did have a good time with the games available to play, and it's always fun waiting for shot to watch the robotic golf ball collectors cruising round.

Arrived at the restaurant for our reservation promptly at 545. Upon arriving I could immediately see they had at least 2 private functions being held simultaneously. No wonder it took 5mins for a member of staff to greet us and show us to our table If first impressions were bad; then the second was even worse - it took until 6.15 just to take our drinks order; and that too after flagging down the waitress finally. She then proceeded to ask what we would like for our starters / mains. We have vegan and nonveg eaters in the party so the order was quite specific. She couldn’t handle the order, so sent a another member of staff. It transpires she was in training (on a busy Saturday evening!). Food didn’t come for a good hour (no surprise there). However, I’ll give kudos to chef as the Vegetarian Pizza stone baked was fantastic 👌🏼 Overall the service was very poor, crazy amount of noise & wine glasses had lipstick on them, yep - not ideal. I will not be visiting again. Perhaps just a takeaway in due course. Scorecard is below: Decor 2/5 Food 4/5 Service 1/5
