February 2025Our waiter was so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, wine very reasonably priced. Views, of course, spectacular.Overall this was exceptional value for money, and we would most certainly recommend a visit. We will definitely return

April 2025Here for a champagne afternoon tea for a friends big birthday & wow! Was an amazing experience from start to finish. Definitely had the wow factor with amazing views, food & drink. Very special - thank you. Marzena looked after us so well & with a visit to the very top bar before we went the afternoon finished on a high note!

March 2025We had dinner and was really happy about the service and the taste of the dishes. Starters were absolutely incredible. We tried Beetroot tarte fine and hareford beef carpaccio. Mains didn’t impress us as much, but were still good. We had the chalk stream trout and the gloucestershire old spot pork belly and maple fillet. There are not many tables which is nice, but it’s a bit too dark. View is straight to other skyscrapers, as being in second line can’t spot London main sights.

April 2025We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and while the setting is undeniably stunning, the overall experience was average. Firstly, getting in felt more like boarding a flight than going for afternoon tea, ID required, airport-style security, and you need a keycard to get up three different lifts. The entrance isn’t clearly marked either, so factor in a bit of time just to find your way. Once upstairs, the views are fantastic and the decor is elegant. Staff at the entrance were warm and welcoming. We were seated promptly and looked after initially. No real policing of the dress code for afternoon tea; maybe more for the evening? There were three of us, two had champagne, one opted for tea. While our host was polite, the attention definitely skewed towards the champagne drinkers, who were offered top-ups without asking. The English breakfast tea, on the other hand, was served lukewarm twice, which really took away from the experience and felt like it was poor quality really. Food-wise, the cakes and sandwiches are mid — nothing memorable and definitely not on par with other high-end afternoon teas we’ve tried. No refills offered either, which felt stingy for the price point. Overall in our opinion we believe the OXO Tower offers a much better afternoon tea, especially if you’re a non-drinker. Come here for the view, not the tea.
