Great service in a great hotel! My friend had booked a room with two queen beds for three of us (she was running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon). Comfy beds, nice sized bathroom and a small frig for our cold goodies! Breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. Staff was very attentive both in the restaurant and at the front desk. Great location - a few minutes walk to Kilburn Park tube and even less time to walk to the bus stop for buses to Oxford St or Buckinghsm Palace. It was great to stay in a neighbourhood instead of a touristy feeling area.

We took a family room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious and comfortable, very comfortable beds, only missing a closet to put clothes but we managed inside the suitcases. Every day they clean and change towels, and you get bottles of water every day which is great. There is a safe, a refrigerator and we didn't lack anything. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. In short, a perfect hotel if you ignore its location which is quite remote but not really bothersome because the transport in London is great and you use it anyway, so 20 minutes and you are in the center of things. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

Rooms are good Marriott standard. Our A/C was damaged, but it took the service three times to test it. In the end a room change. At reception they had our Bonvoy status not listed and gave US wrong timing for the lounge. Btw Lounge. Not really. Only a niche in the restaurant with some soda cans and unfriendly Service. And the pool is in the next building, a so called gym. In the end okay, but not a good Customer experience for us.

Staff was nice, but overall it didn’t feel like a great value. Room was sold as a “presidential suite” but felt more like a college fraternity house with stained carpets, dirty walls and that feeling like people had definitely partied there before. “Executive lounge” wasn’t a separate place at all, just a corner of the main dining room. They oversold and under delivered on their marketing and I feel like I unfortunately fell for it. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Overall for the money and the language of a “presidential suite” it didn’t live up to any of that. Also I try and protect the environment whenever I can so I hang my towels to reuse but the staff replaced them all anyway. While I’m sure they’re trying to help at the same time the placard on the wall said hang to reuse and so I did wanting to conserve water. So even my efforts to conserve weren’t followed.

Marriott Middle Fell is a Complete Scam – Stay Away! This hotel is nothing short of a disaster. Anyone thinking of staying here is walking straight into a trap. The service is beyond terrible, and the management clearly has no idea how to run a hotel. Not only do they fail to provide basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and tea unless you beg for them, but their customer service is a joke. They charged me twice for my booking, over £6,000 extra, and refuse to refund it despite countless emails. It’s clear they’re either incompetent or purposely trying to scam their guests. The reservation staff can’t even operate their own system properly, and instead of fixing issues, they let customers pay for their mistakes. On top of that, the hotel is under constant construction, and the access is a hassle. Breakfast is pathetic with barely any options, and considering the state of the hotel, the price is a complete rip-off. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust this hotel with my money or time. It’s a total scam, and anyone who stays here is seriously being taken advantage of. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
