February 2025I would give 10 stars if I could! We recently celebrated my aunt’s 70th birthday at Paradise in Kensal Rise, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first point of contact, the event coordinator was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the planning process for our group of 35+ guests with great care and attention to detail. On the day of the event, the chef went above and beyond by surprising us with a beautifully presented cake for the birthday celebration—without even being asked. The staff were outstanding—patient, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout the evening. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the difference, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, served promptly and piping hot, which was greatly appreciated by all our guests. It has been a long time since I’ve had such a truly outstanding experience at a restaurant. I will absolutely be returning, whether for another special celebration or simply to enjoy a wonderful meal in a fantastic setting. Highly recommended!
