The location is amazing. The rooms may not be the most up-to-date, but the helpfulness of the staff, their fast service, and their friendly approach were all great. Especially the pasta at the Babette restaurant in the lobby was much better than most Italian restaurants; it was absolutely fantastic. Manager Danielle is a wonderful person. He put in a lot of effort to make sure our family was happy. Because of his approach, I’m looking forward to coming back to the Millennium Hotel and having pasta again

Great location for Harrods, designer shopping quarter and for theatre trip to Victoria Palace Nice quiet location for theatre and shopping trip with my daughter. Professional, polite and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with wide choice. Would agree rooms are a bit tired and in need of upgrading but clean. Overall good for an overnight stay in upmarket area.

Extremely upsetting and very disappointing. The hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment, Tired and dated. We got absolutely no sleep whatsoever because of the room heating not working properly we come back after a long day and put the heating on to warm the room. We got ready and went out for dinner upon our return we noticed the heating had not come on and the room with freezing cold we notified reception and they said someone would be up to investigate noone came so called again and again and got nowhere We the went down to reception about 1am and we're offered a different room and were told to get out belonging and someone would come and get us and take us to our new room. We waited another 30 -40 minutes before calling reception to find out what was going on, eventually at 2.15am we would give another room A completely shocking experience and would not recommend people to stay

I have never had a worse experience at any hotel than I did at this establishment. Upon check-in, I was immediately struck by a pervasive foul odour throughout the room. The condition of the room was unacceptable — filthy and clearly neglected — as evidenced by the attached photos. To make matters worse, my room key did not function, forcing me to rely on housekeeping staff to access my own room. When I raised these serious concerns with reception and requested a refund so I could leave, I encountered appalling conduct from the hotel manager. The individual, who refused to provide his full name and only identified himself as “Mr. Smith,” falsely claimed that a refund was not possible because the booking was made through a third party. I contacted the third-party service while still at the hotel, and they confirmed that his claim was untrue. When confronted with this, the manager responded with a smug grin — a shocking and unprofessional reaction that falls far below even the most basic standards of hospitality. Needless to say, I did not stay and left the premises immediately. I strongly advise others to avoid this property. It is poorly maintained, mismanaged, and operated by staff who are either dishonest or entirely unaccountable.
