Rooms are small but clean and tidy. Restaurant and cocktail bar very good, especially Claudia and Violetta from the bar were awesome - very kind and helpful and the service impeccable. They helped us start the day with a smile! We will be back.

I have the loyalty card. I pop in most days for a tea or coffee. All staff are nice. I want to thank Claudia Nieves for her excellent customer service, natural kindness she is superb, she is always very attentive and always greet you with a lovely smile very friendly. And always ask his was my day it’s nice to be recognise as a customer to feel very welcome to the lobby.

I had an exceptional experience with the outstanding team at the bar. Martina demonstrated remarkable professionalism by personally guiding us through the cocktail menu and providing insightful recommendations. The restaurant is very beautiful with flowers hanging around the ceiling and walls. The tables are decorated with flowers and cutlery. A big window that makes you enter the restaurant, it is always nice to eat pancakes. We were disappointed because we had a big plate with a large pancake but it was poorly filled. We paid for the pancakes and a bit of food on the top. The salad was just a few lettuces with a bit of avocado, very simple. I can do it at home myself. The service was very good and the atmosphere was jovial and happy. The customer seems to enjoy the food and they were very talkative. The restaurant has plenty of tables downstairs also where the toilets are. I would recommend this place if you are gluten free but I would not come back.

Great location and cool vibe in the lobby and bar. The rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated. Bedlinen and towels could do with an upgrade, they feel a bit washed out and some of the clean towels even had stains/marks on them. Also, I would really have appreciated robes and slippers, which were not available even when we asked for them. Other than that, great for a weekend stay!
