Cancellation policy
9. Cancellation by the Customer a) A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled and, the Contract terminated, when the Company receives written notification of the cancellation from the Customer. b) Where the Customer cancels a booking, in addition to loss of the initial non-refundable deposit under Clause 7(a) or 7(b), the Customer shall pay to the Company the following: (i) If the notice of cancellation is received less than two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the Hire Period for the Event a total of 100% of the anticipated fees shall be forfeited by the Customer (ii) Any costs or expenses incurred by the Company for the purchase or provision of third party services and/or products for and on behalf of the Customer which have been contracted for but not yet provided prior to cancellation of the Event.

February 2025I've been in London for a couple of years, and this was my first football match at London Stadium. To be honest, it was very well organized. There were multiple food stalls and amenities, and the facilities were clean. The staff did a great job managing the event, and the seating was clear and well-arranged. The match started on time, and getting to the stadium from Stratford was a breeze—just a 10-minute walk with high security. If you're looking for a quick bite, Westfield is a great spot to grab a snack or a post-match dinner with the boys.

March 2025Did the tour with a Man called Craig taking us around. Excellent day out and not rushed with lots of great facts. Proper Iron too as he is a season ticket holder👍

January 2025Visited the London Stadium when watching Fulham playing West Ham on a cold Tuesday night. The first impression was the size of the place, it is huge. Then the problems started. We arrived in good time to get in for kick-off, only to be met by huge queues! The queues weren't moving very fast, if at all. So we got in line and moved forward very slowly. You get to the first security check on bags... then the 2nd security check with an electric wand...then the 3rd security check, a pat down, and finally a 4th security check another pat down, just to slow things up further. Despite arriving at the ground in good time, the match was 18 minutes old. I was furious. Once in, we were in the lower tier behind the goal..a really good view. My friends in the upper tiers said the view was awful. It's really not a football ground. Leaving the ground was just as slow. Constant bottle necks and overzealous stewarding. No respect is shown to fans. I certainly won't be in a hurry to visit again.

March 2025I saw West Ham vs Liverpool here. A huge and impressive modern stadium, but not a good fit for football, nor The Hammers. Most of the crowd are sat back very far away from the pitch. The place is soulless and has a sterile feel to it, which is at odds with background and character of the fan base. In fairness, the stadium has good facilities, a great connection with Stratford station right there, and a massive multi-story shopping mall beside it, but it is situated on a big open space and lacks a homely feel. This move has affected the fans in a negative way, and home performances on the pitch in my opinion. There is a softness to this team nowadays. I have seen the same fixture both here and Upton Park and the fan experience was like night and day. In the Upton Park fixture, West Ham defeated a better Liverpool team 3-1 because the fans right by the pitch, held a high decibel level for the whole game and roared their team on. This is absent now at the London Stadium, which is a shame for this famous club. When away fans here chant "you're not West Ham anymore", I think it is nail on the head, and probably a bit too close to the bone for these home fans. I'm sure they would all love to move back to Upton Park :-(
