Cancellation policy

9. Cancellation by the Customer a) A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled and, the Contract terminated, when the Company receives written notification of the cancellation from the Customer. b) Where the Customer cancels a booking, in addition to loss of the initial non-refundable deposit under Clause 7(a) or 7(b), the Customer shall pay to the Company the following: (i) If the notice of cancellation is received less than two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the Hire Period for the Event a total of 100% of the anticipated fees shall be forfeited by the Customer (ii) Any costs or expenses incurred by the Company for the purchase or provision of third party services and/or products for and on behalf of the Customer which have been contracted for but not yet provided prior to cancellation of the Event.

The stadium is big – I was in The Academy, which is VIP. The fan shop is also great (I’m Czech, so I bought a Tomáš Souček jersey). I would just kindly ask the fans not to leave, even though West Ham was losing 5-2 after the first half.

Great vibes, I was shocked by the beauty of the stadium, and the easy enjoyable way to enter and exit!! Next to the stadium there is a wonderful and huge shopping mall that you can visit before or after the match. I recommend everyone to visit it, but you must attend an easy match in order to enjoy the full experience 🤣🤣, in the end come on Hammers⚒️⚒️⚒️!!!

Well, as an away fan, it’s never fun leaving with a loss, but credit where it’s due – West Ham Stadium knows how to deliver a great matchday experience! The atmosphere was buzzing, even if it wasn’t quite in our favor this time. Facilities were decent, and while the pies didn’t exactly win any awards, they did the job. Getting out afterward was a bit of a mission. All in all, a solid day out despite the result. Maybe next time we’ll get the win!

The stadium and the facilities are fantastic! The staff at the store and stadium tour booking team (not our tour guide) were unorganised and made for an unpleasant experience. They tried charging me more for the tour but eventually matched the online price. Our guide Craig was fantastic but the rest of the staff is extremely unorganised. There is no coordination among the staff members and they'll make you do the running around for their lack of organisation. Nevertheless, the stadium is fantastic and definitely worth a visit.
