September 2024I visited this venue to consider hiring their space for an event, but was disappointed by the behavior of a staff member who was both rude and dismissive. My questions were treated as if they were unwarranted, which left a lasting negative impression. While the venue itself is impressive, the way the team interacts with potential clients needs significant improvement. Professionalism and respect should be a priority, regardless of whether an event aligns perfectly with the venue's offerings.
