    Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality Our recent stay was a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-located, but what truly made my stay special was the amazing service from one particular staff Akhil. Moment we checked in and out , staff members that help keeping our luggage til check in time cause we arrived very early. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. { One small suggestion for improvement: I noticed that the carpets on the first floor around the rooms from 111 could use a bit of a deep cleaning, as there were some visible stains this was just in that specific hallway, carpets throughout the rest of the hotel, including the hallways and other rooms, were in perfect condition and spotless clean. While this didn’t affect our stay too much, could make the experience even better. overall experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again to Akhil for making our stay so enjoyable! Highly recommend this hotel for both its exceptional staff and overall comfort.

    A 1 night business stay here. What a lovely experience from start to finish. The hotel has mastered the balance of tranquility and privacy with exceptional service when needed. My room was immaculate with a handwritten note to welcome me which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The usual food you'd expect but all cooked to perfection. The breakfast staff Josh, Monique and Rach were outstanding. I will certainly be staying here again and will bring my family next time, too. Thanks for a lovely overnight stay.

    The hotel is really nice. Booked last minute and was effortless. When we arrived Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The underground parking is a little tight but no major drama. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice, we got looked after by Yash initially, but also Rachelle, Ram and Pritesh. Room was reasonably priced. The meal we had for dinner was nice also. Would look to stay here again in the future

    Lovely hotel located in a central area of Cricklewood, North West London. Room was decent and clean, only downside was that it was exceptionally cold as the heating was not working properly. Every time we turned the heating unit on it would shut off within a matter of minutes. We called reception twice regarding this. First time they told us to change the setting and wait a while for it to warm up. That was not successful. When we called back again they agreed to provide us with a portable heater, which heated up the room in no time, so we were very pleased with this. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast options. I like to have fruit for breakfast but this was very limited. We stayed at this hotel to attend a cultural event held in a function room called The Ivy Suite which was a great space and accommodated attendees comfortably. The bar had limited drink options, particularly soft drinks/juices and staff although very helpful and polite, the service was very slow. All in all, our stay at the Crown Hotel was pleasant.

    The Crown is in a good location for a London stay. The staff were all lovely. The foyer is quite grand but the rooms are tired. They have what you need but definitely need some tlc. Also take your earplugs just in case you get a room on the main road. The evening meal in the bar was super yummy. I'd highly recommend that. Also breakfast was very good. I'd stay again for a short trip.
