25% of all deposits paid is non refundable. Should the Client cancel the event with 60 days’ notice or more, 25% of the deposit paid will be chargeable, the remaining 75% will be refunded. Should the guest cancel with 30 to 59 days’ notice, 50% of the deposit paid will be chargeable, the remaining 50% will be refunded. Should the guest cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, 100% of the deposit paid will be chargeable, no deposit will be refunded.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the perfect blend of modern style and cosy ambience. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The variety on the menu ensured there was something for everyone, but the highlight for me was the premium cuts. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the sides complemented the steaks perfectly. A special shout-out to Rado, who went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner truly special. His attention to detail, friendly demeanour, and impeccable service elevated the whole experience. He made sure our table was well taken care of, offering excellent recommendations and always being available without being intrusive. Rado even surprised me with a birthday treat, which made the night even more memorable. If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience with top-notch service, Gauchos Steak House is the place to go. I contacted her regarding an issue I had at Gaucho Covent Restaurant and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism and dedication to resolving my problem were truly impressive. Thanks to her, the situation was handled quickly and effectively. Gaucho Covent Garden proved to be an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. What immediately stood out was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Our waiter, Jusan, was particularly attentive, consistently checking in to ensure we were happy with our food and overall experience. This level of care and attention made us feel genuinely valued as customers and significantly enhanced our enjoyment. The restaurant itself is visually stunning. The ambiance is sophisticated and refined, with a noticeable emphasis on impeccable cleanliness. It's clear that great care is taken to maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the space. For the main course, I opted for the steak, which was served with crispy chips and a flavorful chimichurri sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection and the combination of flavors was spot on. It was a truly satisfying and delicious dish. To round off the meal, I indulged in the Argentine Trifle. This dessert was a vibrant and exciting combination of vanilla custard, exotic fruits like pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, and a satisfying chocolate crumble. The mix of textures and tastes was fantastic, making for a delightful end to the meal. At 328 kcal, it felt like a treat that I could enjoy without too much guilt. Overall, Gaucho Covent Garden provides a top notch dining experience. The combination of friendly and attentive service from staff like Jusan, a beautiful and clean environment, and delicious food makes it a place I would highly recommend and definitely revisit. The Argentine Trifle is a must try!

January 2025We had dinner on NYE here and it was an absolute pleasure. Christina took great care of us and was friendly, professional and attentive. She showed us all the meat options and gave us great recommendations. The food was perfect, the steak was perfectly cooked and the wine delicious. You also have to try the chocolate cake! The ambience was very pleasant and kind of romantic :) we will definitely come back if we’re in London again. Greetings from Hamburg! 🇩🇪
