WARNING! Please read! I'm a Londoner and a Google Maps guide. I've never been insulted in London until now. This place is a warning. Don't go there. To have fresh air I went outside of the pub 5-6times in 4 hours..inside was crowded and hot.. I wanted to go out. The guy who waits in the exit door had a timer and says you can't go out. I said are you serious?.. I wait for 5 minutes, the time is up and he doesn't open the door. When I go out again, he says that I can't drink standing up because I go out with a drink and brings me a chair. I say okay, I sit down, I don't do otherwise, but he treats me rudely with a sour face. I want to leave, he says you can't leave this door anymore. When I leave with a glass of water in my hand, he closes the door in my face. I say it's not alcohol, it's the water in my hand. Despite that, he doesn't let me out, I leave the water inside and he still doesn't open the door. Why do I keep going out because it's hot as hell inside! Last time I left and I was chatting with my friends in the front garden and I was neither smoking nor having alcohol in my hand, I took a bite from the cookie I found in my pocket and he came and grabbed me by the arm and told me to leave this place. He called the other officers and told them to take these off. Here's what I'm gonna tell you: You can't make up rules out of your arse. You are responsible for providing security, it is not your duty to make life miserable for the customers coming to the bar. You may have personal problems, you may have a complex, but if you are a professional employee, you shut up and only provide security. That pub is a kingdom, obviously. Justice, democracy, equality, nothing. The guys waiting at the gate have created their own kingdom. They get their satisfaction by tormenting people. Look, I wasn't even drunk. I strongly condemn this. That staff is rude.. He made up rules.. Who does he think he is? He's the guy who waits in the gate. Don't go. It's the worst pub I've ever been in. You need to fire him. I will show your real face.

We booked a group table for 18, ordered our food weeks in advance. Service was slow, first food came 2 hours after we arived, mains where before starters and to top it all off the waiting staff dropped plates off without saying anything...who knows if we got the correct food or not. 1 beer into the night and the bar ran out of gas, no more beer on tap. I have to say our 2nd time at the little orange door...may be the last. Shocking service and food was average at best.
