Among the 192 bedrooms on its seven floors, there is a plush screening room, nightclub, bar and South East Asian restaurant. The Wyld bar has a secret entrance and banquette seating that focuses everyone on the centre of the room – perfect for a product launch, or if someone wants to say a few words before a cocktail reception. Elsewhere, two flexible studio spaces, available separately or as one, have all of the latest gear to make sure your event makes maximum impact.

Fabulous hotel. I love W hotels, they always look after you. It was my boyfriends birthday and they put a bottle of prosecco and cake in the room. They are always thoughtful and generous with touches like this. The bed is so comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Great location too.

I had awful Jetlag while was there for about 2 weeks. I just couldn't get onto UK time. The Staff however were so kind and cheerful without invading your space that It was probably the best Hotel stay I have had. When I travel for Business I never pay much attention to a hotel unless there is an issue. The staff at the W just made it a far more enjoyable stay. The hostess at the restaurant, Ramona was so pleasant I looked forward to seeing her in the mornings. I also struck up a great rapport with Gary at the front door and he helped me navigate the area around the hotel. There was also a woman at reception that I spoke with when I checked in and again at another point who was, again, so pleasant, which means a lot when you have not be getting great sleep. All in all, I very much recommend the W Hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area.

I’m incredibly disappointed. I requested an early check-in three weeks in advance, yet I’ve experienced the complete opposite. I’ve been waiting for hours, and the Spanish supervisor in the reception has been extremely unhelpful—quick to argue rather than assist when I simply asked at 2 PM if the room would be ready soon. This is far from the service expected at a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here. Choose a more refined and professional hotel—there are plenty of excellent options in London.
