Cancellation policy

The Customer agrees to pay a deposit equal to total room hire and minimum spend which includes VAT at 20%. Should the minimum spend not be reached the balance will be charged as room hire. The first deposit instalment will be 50% of the total cost, with the remaining 50% due no later than 14 working days prior to the event. The total amount deposit will also include the service charge. Payments to be made by Credit/Debit or via BACS. Please note all outstanding balances or extra spend must be paid on the day of the event. All prices include VAT. A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill. Bookings will only be regarded as confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. *** Cancellation Terms & Pricing *** In order to secure the booking the deposit needs to be paid upon signature of the Contract and it will be deducted from the bill on the night; if the deposit is not paid the booking will be automatically cancelled. The Client may cancel the Event at any time provided written notice is given to Farzi contact subject to payment of the following charges: If cancellation takes place: • More than 3 calendar months before the Event: 10% of the Total Amount for the Event (as set out in the Term Sheet); • Between 3 calendar months to 30 working days before the Event: 50% of the Total Amount for the Event (as set out in the Term Sheet); and • Less than 30 working days before the Event: 100% of the Total Amount for the Event (as set out in the Term Sheet). In addition, 100% of any costs that cannot be recovered by Farzi for example but not limited to staff costs, reservation fees, cancellation fees with third parties, products that cannot be reused and food and beverage purchased for the event. For a cancellation notice to be effective it must be received and accepted by Farzi contact and/or a manager of Farzi. Credit for any deposits and Staged Payments previously made by the Client will be given against the cancellation charges above. In relation to covid-19, if the UK Government imposes restrictions on events that would result in the event being unable to take place at the venue then the Client shall be entitled to postpone the Event or receive a full refund of the deposit paid. In the circumstance that the event can go ahead, the parties understand that postponement or cancellation is not an option and therefore should the Client choose not to host the event for whatever reason, standard cancellation terms would apply.

Other rules

Children under 18 years of age will not be allowed entry after 6pm if the client has only opted for a semi private space.

    The best Indian food I’ve ever had. A great place to eat especially if visiting the Theater. Complimentary ginger shot. I recommend tipping as the service fee rarely gets to the servers. Highly recommend this restaurant

    We recently had the pleasure of dining at Farzi Cafe, and without a doubt it was a dining experience unlike any other. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere. Every course was meticulously cooked and flavorful beyond any expectation we had. The staff were incredibly attentive! The food is spectacular not only in taste but in presentation. Farzi Cafe is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a refined dining experience. I highly recommend this as a must-try restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!!!

    The best Indian food I had in London this time. I can surely say it’s better than a lot of restaurants in India itself. Ambience is classy and food quality is top notch. Service is very approached too. If someone is looking for Indian food in London, this would be the first preference I suggest.

    I think the Sunday brunch was good, though I was surprised there was only 1 choice of chaats, which was papri chaat. I had the impression there would be a trolley/ cart for various chats. The egg burji Pav and the roast lamb was very good, as was the angari chicken. It was mild to medium in terms of spice heat and the food needed to be warmer. The warm jalebi and gulab jamun were the highlights. For the mains the korma chicken curry was really nice as well the biryani. Very flavourful. Disappointed with the singers, they seemed out of tune at times, would be better to have a DJ. Overall for the price the choice of food was more than enough to keep me full
