The Black Lion, Function Room

The Black Lion is an iconic country pub on the north bank of the River Thames between Hammersmith and Chiswick.

History abounds at this wonderful pub – ghost stories, local history and what ‘The Black Lion’ really meant, made famous in literature and the location of a world famous skittle alley.

The Black Lion is an ideal place to hold your function. We have a private room, which originally housed a skittle alley, that makes a great space for everything from canape parties for up to 60 people to a sit down meal for up to 25.

Provided we have an advance order that meets our minimum pre-order requirements, then we do not charge a room hire fee. If you do not wish to pre-order, then there will be a room hire charge.
