Cancellation policy
We ask that any hire fees are paid in advance to secure the booking. Hire fees are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 5 working days in advance. Hire fees are based off of 5 hours and you may be charged additionally for hired hours beyond this. Any amendments or cancellations may incur additional fees upon acceptance of the quote. If guest numbers are lower than quoted, final costs will remain as originally agreed.

February 2025The best perk of living in Canary Wharf is being spoiled for choice for coffee places within a 5 minute radius. But having the best coffee spot below where you live, luxury. I bring my pups almost everyday at one point to get the best service and best coffee. The staff and management were accommodating even for our events. My dogs and I love being there for the atmosphere and the community feel. Do expect the weekends to be busy though. I recommend the sausage roll and the fudge brownie with a latte. February 2025Super great place! But day, coffee shop, but by night... they let us host a Pokémon Trivia night before the big Pokémon event!! Mark was a great bartender and super friendly! The place was really clean and fun and since it was Thursday we got food from a Venezuelan food truck down the street(advertised by The 11th Hour) and it was super delicious. All and all, it was a great place for events, held 30 people easily, clean, friendly, and we will be back!

January 2025food and atmosphere are decent. but when i was trying to ask for my sandwich that the server had forgotten to serve, the male barista quite rudely (cut me off mid sentence) told me to queue up behind other customers that just arrived. will not repeat nor recommend. there are tons of other better cafes with better service in the area
