November 202410/10 experience—highly recommend! My wife and I recently had the absolute pleasure of spending a day on the Skuna Hot Tub & BBQ Boat at their Canary Wharf location, and it was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hot tub was clean, warm, and relaxing, with stunning views of the Canary Wharf skyline all around us. It’s such a unique way to unwind while floating on the water! One of the highlights is that they offer a selection of alcoholic beverages you can take on the boat. We opted for the strawberry daiquiri and piña colada, and both drinks were simply amazing. The daiquiri was refreshingly fruity, while the piña colada was perfectly creamy—both were the ideal companions for a relaxing soak in the hot tub. What made our experience truly unforgettable was our guide, Harry. He was the epitome of amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive energy and helpful tips really elevated the whole experience. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and it made our time on the boat that much better. If you’re looking for a unique and fun activity in London, this is it. Perfect for a celebration or just a day out with friends or partner. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Can’t wait to book again!

December 2024This was an absolutely wonderful experience! JJ was incredibly professional and friendly! The 30-minute boat ride was so enjoyable, and we’re so glad we booked this activity. It truly made for the best Christmas ever! All four of us highly recommend it—this is a must-try!☺️☺️☺️

October 2024My husband and I are from out of the country. My cousins who live there wasn't aware of this hot tub. So we booked it and we went on it in the evening. It was so amazing. We had so much fun. We would definitely do it again.

December 2024We booked the new igloo experience for yesterday 20th December. It was absolutely brilliant! I would definitely recommend and do it again we had so much fun. Connor our driver was great. Only one negative the pricing needs to be changed of drinks on the website and the bar menu. There is no mention of service charge. We then also got charged twice for service charge when purchasing drinks it should have been one charge for the whole group when you are all purchasing a bottle of wine. On the menu the wine was £26 and then we ended up spending £28.50 leaving us a bit confused. Just make people aware and change the prices. Apart from that it was great!

December 2024I deeply regret spending £45 per person on the Igloo Boat experience in Canary Wharf. For the price, I expected at least a decent offering, but what we got was downright embarrassing. The “food” was a pathetic spread: dried carrots, a few leaves, some fondue cheese with bread, and literally three potatoes. That’s it. Absolutely no thought or effort went into the menu, and it felt like a rip-off. The “30-minute ride” wasn’t even that—it barely lasted 20 minutes, making the whole experience feel rushed and completely unworthy of the hefty price tag. The atmosphere was unimpressive, the service indifferent, and the value for money? Nonexistent. Save your money and your time—this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever paid for. Avoid!
