Cancellation policy
For all dance studio hire, rehearsal studio hire, yoga class studio hire, dance class studio, and any other use of the Academy Mews Dance Studios: Bookings cancelled up to 1 month prior to the booking date will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled up to two weeks before the booking date will receive a 75% refund. Bookings cancelled up to one week before the booking date will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled up to 72 hours before the booking time will receive a 25% refund. Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will NOT be eligible for a refund. For example: A booking cancelled two days before would receive a 0% refund. A booking cancelled four days before would receive a 25% refund. A booking cancelled ten days before would receive a 50% refund. A booking cancelled seventeen days before would receive a 75% refund. A booking cancelled more than a calendar month before would receive a 100% refund. Please note all members must provide at least one month notice to make any ammendments or cancellations to their recurring bookings.

January 2025Very disappointed in the new management ema, who has come along and kicked the martial arts group out . My son has been there for 3 years and attends 3 times a week. He has progressed really well and built friendship with everyone including the coaches. She has reunion many kids dreams and future. All cause she wants more money. I suggest you reconsider and think of the children. Not your pockets. Your being very selfish and thinking of yourself. Not the kids future and safety. God will punish you for being selfish. Think of all the children you are upsetting who attends there.

January 2025My son and daughter have been committed to Martial art classes, and they have grown physically and mentally stronger, demonstrating great skill and dedication. This single decision has hindered the dreams and aspirations of not only my kids, but also countless other young talents, martial arts isn't just a sport; it's a discipline that trains both body and mind while building grit, resilience, and team spirit. Please support this petition and allow our children to realise their potential. Together, we can ensure a broader, more inclusive range of sports ,which brings enormous benefits to our youngsters' well-being and development.

February 2025SCAM!! I had already been to other similar classes and it had nothing to do with what they offered me today. A 10 square meter room for 18 people and only 5 dogs for the 18 people... basically a scam in the other places I have been to were 8 people 10 dogs. You couldn't even do yoga since we were all crashing because we were like sardines in a can. The puppies were asleep and not playing, and the people were very hoarders and did not let others play with them, because since they were asleep they did not move on their own. A disastrous organization, I will never return and not recomend to anyone.

January 2025My daughter has attended Wutian martial arts classes at this venue for over a year. It’s a fantastic club that caters to all levels and amazing teachers. Sadly the venue has decided to terminate the arrangement at very short notice. A whole bunch of kids who benefited greatly from this wonderful club will now be left high and dry. It’s really very sad.

January 2025am deeply disappointed with the new management's approach. Instead of providing us with a proper month's notice, we were given a short notice, which has left us in an uncomfortable and uncertain position. For a long time, I felt that my coworkers and I were working hard to maintain the studio, even though we were merely renting the space. We took on responsibilities like cleaning, managing dust, and making sure hazardous objects were safely put away for the safety of our students. To now be treated this way, without proper communication or consideration, feels unjust.
