Changes to Reservation: Any changes to your reservation, including the number of guests or the reservation time, must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability. 5. Special Events and Large Parties: For special events and large party bookings, a longer notice period may be required. Heidi was great, made us good drinks and was super friendly. The staff was great too, everyone was nice. The live singer was talented and I enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. However, the purpose of reviews is to provide constructive criticism so here's what I feel would have made our experience better.. A) The food took WAY too long to come out (over an hour) and all the plates for a party of 9 came out over 20 mins - 1 hour apart, which meant I had to eat alone and we didn't all get to eat together as a group. B) They didn't collect the dirty plates/dishes until the end , so it was unfortunate we had to sit there and look at dirty plates while we enjoyed each other's company. C) The live music was intermittent, not really a real session ..mostly we just watched music videos on TV. D) If I were to ever come back there would have to be a guarantee that the service will be faster. The restaurant has A LOT of potential but everything just took way too long.
