Cocooned by a luminescent graduated oval curtain, inspired by traditional couture techniques, in homage to the world leading fashion houses of Mayfair, the table is surrounded by 4,500 shimmering optical fibers which drop dramatically from the ceiling cleverly allowing guests to enjoy the ambiance and buzz of the restaurant whilst being nearly screened from view. Guests are able to choose among a stunning collection of Hermès china sets, Puiforcat silverware and Saint-Louis crystal, used exclusively for Table Lumière. The epitome of French craftsmanship.

September 2024We have eaten at a lot of the top restaurants in the UK over the years and for us personally this has to be one of the best. The service was impeccable not only because the team were extremely attentive, as you may expect in a 3 star but we had conversations with every person that served us. We don’t like stuffy or pretentious and this place is definitely not either. It’s a lovely warm and welcoming environment where you feel very at home and relaxed. When we described the type of wine that we enjoyed, the sommelier advised us on what he thought would suit best, he didn’t disappoint and chose perfectly. The food was balanced and extremely well executed. What we particularly loved and although it may seem small was that you had a cheese course included, rather than having to pay a supplement like in so many high end restaurants. The three cheeses provided were exceptional and complimented each other perfectly. You may think cheese is boring but when you taste this selection, you really won’t be disappointed. We were able to meet Jean-Philippe Blondet in person, a relaxed and easy going chef who gave us the time of day when he didn’t need too. A huge thank you to all the team that made the whole experience so enjoyable for us, we couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough.

December 2024For a truly unforgettable birthday celebration, this fine dining experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect—elegant, yet warm, with a sense of intimacy that made the evening feel extraordinary. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were both professional and personable, ensuring every need was met without being intrusive. The culinary journey was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with complex, balanced flavors. Highlights included a queen scallop, perfectly seared and accompanied by an inventive, flavorful garnish, and a tender, melt-in-your-mouth cod cheek, cooked to absolute perfection. The wine pairings were expertly chosen, enhancing each course. What truly made this celebration extra special was the feeling of being surrounded by loved ones, sharing such an exceptional meal. The restaurant went above and beyond to personalize the experience, offering thoughtful touches that made the occasion feel even more memorable—like a surprise birthday dessert that was both delicious and visually stunning. This wasn't just a meal; it was an experience that we’ll cherish for years to come. The combination of flawless service, exquisite food, and meaningful moments with important loved ones made this birthday celebration truly extraordinary. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate a special occasion to the next level.

June 2024Fantastic meal! It was faultless, we went for a 21st birthday and the experience was sensational. The food was delightful with all dishes being presented beautifully. The service was top notch (we weren’t even allowed to pour our drinks) and the ambience was lovely. A really enjoyable evening, thank you to all the staff and we really enjoyed meeting the chef! I advise booking early as it was a 5 hour experience for our table of 9.

October 2024Very elegant and simple restaurant. Excellent service and comprehensive knowledge of the menu. The menu is small. We opted for the tasting menu. Every single dish was well presented, prepared and top notch! 3 Michelin stars well deserved!

September 2024The food was ok as was the service. Pretty disappointing given the 3 stars. They offered other patrons a walk through the kitchen along with signed menus and I didn’t get offered either. I wasn’t given a menu even though that’s customary for 3 star spots in my experience. As far as the food goes, I thought the dishes were composed well but were lacking in flavor substantially
