Cancellation policy
In the event that you cancel your event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the value of the costs, charges, time and expense suffered or incurred by us prior to your function exceeds this amount (in our reasonable opinion) then we will be entitled to charge a further cancellation fee. The further cancellation fee will be equal to the amount of any such costs and charges plus a reasonable fee for the time spent with our staff in organising and planning the event. 9. In the event of a function cancellation; More than 90 days notice: 75% of deposit will be refunded. Between 30 days to 90 days notice: 25% deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days notice: deposit will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled less than 72 hours before it is due to take place then you will be charged and will be liable to pay the entire quotation price plus any additional costs associated with cancelations (eg, DJ fees, audio, entertainment etc)

December 2024Beautiful Find Glad I found this place. Water front by canal a little walk from Little Venice! Great atmosphere and sitting arrangement but there are some seats tucked away behind the counter, ask to be moved if would like to enjoy the venue. Staff were nice and accommodating and resolved an additional item that appeared on the bill quickly. Food rated 4 as everything got to the table cold, had to ask for a hot coffee 😏 I would still recommend it!

December 2024An excellent place for brunch. The modern twist on the Full English was delicious without taking away the traditional concept of the meal. The pancakes were fluffy and tasty. High recommend.

January 2025I would say that sadly this establishment has declined, and is safely within the “overhyped” category. Cocktails were on the weak side, but tasted nice and refreshing, so that was good. Food also was delicious! The fritters were exceptionally well done, so were the pancakes. Something that really lets the place down is its service. Not particularly attentive, difficult to flag someone down, and our waiter Marco S was abit too “casual” with us. Even getting snappy after he got an order wrong… general feedback, never refer to a customer as “mate” under any circumstance. Largely speaking the 13.5% service charge is overinflated and indefensible seeing the overall poor service.
