Best Western Mornington Hotel, Conference Room

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were lovely, welcoming and so accommodating, first rate location, lovely room... looking out over Craven Terrace and the skyline and love love loved the library area/bar.... cosy and welcoming and so nice to step into out of the cold. We were here at Christmas and it was a lovely haven to escape the crowds of mainstream London, but very easily accessible and right on the Central Tube line We are very happy to recommend the Best Western Mornington.

The room was nice. There was a couch, desk and 2 night stands. There were plenty of outlets in the room. The bathroom was clean, but the high sided raised tub was difficult to get out of with wet feet. There was no hand hold or anything to assist. I was also on the back side, and by a rear exit area and the breakfast area. It was loud in the morning, and when people were leaving. The location of the hotel is fantastic, lots of place to eat and relax at.

Horrible hotel. The rooms are extremely small ,dirty and dated. The carpets and room had so much dust that I got the worst dust allergy. I was unable to discover London and just ended up in bed sick. I’ve attached a picture of the dust accumulated on my laptop after one night. Don’t waste your money here and ruin your trip. Staff was polite and location was good.
