January 2025I think this hotel is a little miss understood. Many bad reviews mention the rooms being small… the price paid for tend location it’s going to be expected, we found it perfectly adequate however the location and proximity to a tube station, staff and breakfast were really good. Will definitely return.

January 2025I had a lovely stay at this hotel across the street from Hyde Park. The location is perfect for finding food, transportation and sights. The hotel staff were excellent in all areas and the room was quite nice, much more spacious than others. Comfy bed, good hot water and amazing full breakfast. The English lounge on the ground floor was a nice perk for relaxing after a day of exploring.

March 2025Great location, 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station. 5 minutes to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Tube station 5 minutes walk away. We had room 213 overdoing the mews at the side of the hotel. Room was fine but the bathroom was on a par with a caravan. You needed to step into the shower to close the door. Everywhere was spotless and everything we could want was provided, tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits. Breakfast was cooked to order and and everything you would expect was available. The staff were great. They offered to carry our suitcase to our room and rang after 15 minutes of us arriving to make sure we were happy with it. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
