By popular request we have created a meeting space at La Suite West in minimalist designed surroundings with natural daylight. We have Café Forty One to cater for your refreshment and dining requirements during your meeting, in the restaurant or weather permitting al fresco for break-out sessions, Lunch or Afternoon Tea on our private Terrace.

We are perfectly positioned on a quiet tree lined street on the edge of London's magnificent Hyde Park and close to the West End and public transport links - map.

Room 26 has a TV Connection via HDMI for lap top presentations and free WiFi.

    London visit 11th July, on a sweltering day the extra air con units in rooms were very welcome. Nice clean and stylish room with superb all marble bathroom with good shower. Tv wasn't picking up a signal but was remedied very quickly by one of the team. When I arrived back from evening meal out there was a strange mechanical noise emmiting from the wardrobe again remedied fairly quickly and I was allocated another room after the night porters realised it the mystery noise wasn't going to stop any time soon. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. I'll stay again.

    It is located conveniently near two subway lines which take you to many places in London. We were assigned a ground floor room at first but we quickly noticed the subway noise and vibration. The staff was able to relocate us to a upper floor junior suite though a bit smaller, the vibration was much less. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We did not try their breakfast as there were lots of food and grocery choices in the area.

    Staff were extremely rude to myself and my partner when we stated that we were staying at the hotel using an experience voucher, almost looking down on us as if we couldn’t afford it (even though I had been the one to purchase the stay). Rooms were nice but the bathroom was tiny and you could either have the blackout shades down or windows completely exposed so little privacy during the daytime. The area was nice but mostly only fast food restaurants nearby.

    stayed at this hotel for two nights — the first night was fine, but the second night (1st October) was terrible. I paid £269 for a room with a sofa bed, but the heating didn’t work the entire evening. I went back and forth to reception several times, called repeatedly, and was told it would be fixed, but nothing was done until around 9 p.m., when they finally brought a portable heater. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and now the hotel is claiming the heating was working, which is not true. My whole stay was ruined, and I didn’t get the rest or comfort I paid for. Very disappointing experience.

    🚫 Not welcoming for guests with specific needs We were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and care shown by the hotel. There is no secure space available for storing personal belongings such as bikes, and when we asked for a safe alternative, we were simply told to leave them in the street, in a city known for frequent thefts. For a hotel in this price range, we expected more understanding and practical solutions for guests with special requirements. ❌ No effort. ❌ No alternatives offered. ❌ A real lack of consideration. A beautiful location doesn’t make up for poor service. We won’t be coming back, and unfortunately, can’t recommend it.
