Should the Hirer cancel the booking, the following charges will apply: Up to 45 days before the Event - 50% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 45 days before the Event - 75% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 30 days before the Event - 100% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 48 hours from the Event - 100% of the Estimated Event Cost

December 2024We had coffee and a snack at Prezzolo Italian café. It was good. We had a bad experience at Botanical Place though. It was extremely noisy although the décor was okay. The Arding & Hobbs building was redone tastefully keeping the Art deco features, pleasing to the eye.
