February 2025The first time I ordered matcha latte, it was warm, well-blended, and had no lumps—I was really impressed. So, I decided to go back the next day and make it my regular café. However, when I ordered matcha latte again, it was cold, not blended properly, extremely bitter, and had so many lumps at the bottom that the drink was unpleasant to taste. It’s also too pricey, so if you’re going to charge that much, at least make it an exceptional experience. Please learn how to make matcha latte properly—blend it well and serve it warm unless it’s an iced latte.
