The Steel Yard is a flexible event space in the heart of London. Situated in three beautifully restored Victorian railway arches, we offer a blank and versatile canvas for events that have wow factor.
Arch 1
Our largest area features a flexible staging solution, extensive lighting, audio and AV fixtures, powerful WIFI and a scalable LED video wall display.
Fun Facts
The boards of our prestigious stage have been trod by Jarvis Cocker, Hot Chip, Wretch 32, Skepta, hosted world renowned DJ’s including Andy C, Michael Bibi, Hot Since 82, Honey Dijon, Patrick Topping and Pendulum, and been graced by BBC’s Scott Mills and Annie Mac.

March 2025It is a great venue, easy to get to and we'll organised. We attended yesterday for the RnB brunch, which was a really good afternoon, compare was amazing and kept everyone going, DJ was on point apart from the random rendition of Celine Dion and although the staff were friendly and attentive, there is a need for something to change with the bar as queues too long.

April 2025The 2+ hour long queue and rude security made enjoying my night a struggle, the smoking area was far too small and the layout makes a few areas prone to congestion - I got stuck in limbo between the main room and smoking area for 5 minutes because I was blocked in on both sides by crowds. The platform in the middle of the main room causes it to be far too packed at the front, then further back it's completely empty because because it blocks the view. In the second room there was only one person on bar and I felt so bad for her... Both events I've been to here have been underwhelming at best and I don't think that's a coincidence.

March 2025I was never so embarrassed to enter a club. be ready to be treated as a criminal at all the time. never had such a check, not even at the airport. they put their dirty hands everywhere, even in your genitals, you have to remove your shoes and they start touching your feet like they are fetishists. A club is a place where you are supposed to go to have fun and spend a nice night, in this club you forget it as soon as you step in, and the problem goes on throughout all the night. I will never come back to this place, never again,

March 2025Worst big venue in London? First time I went was very unmemorable, second time more recently it was completely ruined by rude security. They asked my me and my friends to take our shoes off, and one of my friends had high top dr martens on so naturally he struggled to get them off while standing and then they kicked him out for being ‘too drunk’. Before and during this even they were incredibly rude to us as a group. Save your money and go someplace else I promise you’ll have a better time
