February 2023Excellent service, lovely friendly staff. A very nice bar for our weekend away in town. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks very much.

October 2024Had some drinks and a quick bite on 2 occasions. Bartender was great, I should've found out what his name was, he was knowledgeable about the different gins. Definitely will pop back in next time I'm in town.

February 2017If anything the problem with this pub is that there isn't enough of it. Seating is limited, bathroom is a bit untidy, but usable. Cocktails are a bit steep (£9.5) but well made and the gin variety is astounding to say the least. They also has a good pint choice (more so if you like IPA). However some servers make you feel it's a sacrilege to order a pint rather than, well gin. All body language no verbal outright dismissal.
