January 2025Stay one night in Dec. Room spacious and great welcome at reception. The warm cookies were a wonderful bonus. Location wise is walkable from the train station. Overall a really pleasant stay! :)

February 2025Fantastic stay for a couple of days, rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. So friendly service recieved from everyone. Restaurant and food was first class. Nice and central to city and all attractions.

March 2025The most warm reception from most of the staff, with the service from Layla & Dasha was particularly wonderful. Thank You! Room was ‘quirky’ but comfortable, with all the usually required facilities - although usb sockets would be a helpful addition for the work traveller.

March 2025Despite being advertised as a Hotel and spa, you actually have to pay an additional £25 to use any of their spa facilities. This is not made clear on the website, or on booking.com. I feel completely deceived and misinformed. Each website says something different, and only when you decipher their code, do you get the information that there is an additional charge. Booking.com does say, additional charge for pool, sauna and hot tub. But no charge for the steam room. This is in fact wrong. After talking with the receptionist, and speaking with the manager; I was kindly given a ‘complimentary’ DISCOUNT to use the spa facilities for 1 hour… thanks. I spent over £300 to stay here for two nights. Won’t be staying again.

March 2025Checked in at 4pm, lovely room but freezing cold. Despite 4 complaints and someone coming to set the aircon wasn't fixed until 10am the next day. No offer of changing rooms. Shower door would not close so water all over the bathroom floor. Curtains falling down. A maintenance nightmare. You expect quality from the Hilton, don't bother staying here.
