Holiday Inn Leicester - Wigston, Oadby Suite

I was staying here due to being made homeless in December it was a fantastic place to be I was here for 28 days it's a lovely place the stuff are so helpful and friendly and approachable there was breakfast included in my stay the breakfast items are very very a lot of variety lots of different choices and options for dietary restrictions etc. please bear in mind this is a dog friendly hotel so there may be a dog or two in the breakfast area these dogs I found were very well behaved not barking not making a mess everywhere not causing no problems they just sit there and behave themselves this was good to see. overall it was a fantastic place to go not too expensive

Me and my partner went for a pontanious time away and the hotel is lovely, nice big rooms. My partner was given late check out and the latest they could do was 1pm which was fine but at 11am (the normal check out time) we had a man banging at our door and even tryed to open it but we had the chain on,we ignored ir as we still had 2 hours half an hour later he was there banging again not giving up, my partner went and told them that we had late check out and he wasnt told, when we was leaving we checked with the Hotel recepionist and it wasnt even on the system, this really affected me as we could of been indienct it wasnt our fault.

Didn't realise the Bella Italia had closed, as still advertised on website. Part of reason for booking stay. Had fish and chips instead and have to say was probably the worse fish and chips I've ever had. Hardly any fish. Fish that was there was 'swimming' in grease inside the batter. Weird ambience in restaurant kitchen music blasting out with restaurant music through speakers too.
