January 2025What a beautiful place even with scaffolding up outside top class so quiet considering were it's situated on a main city centre road.our room was next to the lift never heard a noise from outside. What a bathroom massive bed we didn't want to get out of it got a upgraded room due to to the puppies being with us no extra charge. The front of house staff do helpful engaging definitely a place to visit again thank you

February 2025Room was big. Bathroom fine. Do not stay on the first floor, the noice from the traffic is horrendous, i live on a busy road so somewhat used to the noise of traffic. However, every time a car goes past I hear a huge metal chunk. I've had very little sleep, it's completely ruined my stay. Heating also not working in parts and hall lights blaring under the door.

February 2025I was visiting the Met for a work conference and asked at reception if there was anywhere private I could sit to express milk for around 20 minutes or so. I was told that because I hadn't booked and paid for a private room to do this in I would have to use the disabled toilet. This made me feel disappointed and upset as a toilet really isn't an appropriate place to express. There wasn't a chair in the disabled toilet so I literally had to sit on the floor. I don't think it was a lot to ask for me to go sit in a private room somewhere for 20 minutes. Really not a positive experience at all.
