So, let's start from the positives... For mains I had the bucatini ragu and my wife the crab fettuccine. The pasta was perfectly cooked on both dishes and the portion size was good. The taste of ragu was above average but not something exceptional. The flavour of crab fettuccine was really good. Only downside for crab dish that had few crab shells and my wife didn't like the fact that she had to spit them. For dessert we had the Biscoff And Chocolate Dough Petals. That was the highlight of the night. It was perfect. Also the ice cream was one of the best I've ever had. Now let's go to the disappointing side... For starter we had the Antipasti Sharing Board for £19.95 The smoked speck ham and the sun-dried tomatoes were missing of the plate, the chargrilled courgettes were just 1.5 small slices, same with focaccia with 2 thin slices. When I mentioned that to our server he just apologised and didn't take any action. So, for that price was really disappointing. About the service... We had a booking for 7.30pm and we walked in at 7.20pm. We finished our dinner at 9.50pm! When we walked in I saw that they had a big table (10-12 persons) so I knew that we will have to wait a bit but... 50 minutes waiting time between the time we finished our starter and the mains was not pleasant at all.
