Popped in for a light lunch and wasn’t disappointed. Excellent and helpful service in a lovely restaurant with views over the vines. The menu we had was for the sharing platter and found it enough for two. I thing if I was really hungry I wouldn’t share one though! It was all very tasteful and tasty. The wine we had was probably the first English red wine that I thought was nice. It was an excellent pinot noir. The couple next to us ordered a sharing platter each and the flat bread. I suspect they hadn’t realised how much food you get. Perhaps order small and order more if you want to? The food you get is like a mini show case of local produce and it’s presented beautifully. Plenty of room in the carpark. Clean loos and ev points. Thank you Balfour Ps the cider is first class.

We booked for dinner, and opted to join a tasting beforehand. The tasting was really informative and interesting - Lindy who led it was really great. The dinner was phenomenal - really couldn't fault it. And of course, their wines are just absolutely stunning, especially if you like white or fizz!
