Firstly I have to say the staff were amazing great service and attitude. Swapped my room with no fuss as I don't walk so well these days. Food and service was excellent. Room was fine with a Dysan heater that was far better than a radiator. Stayed two nights for Meetings and would return no question.

In a catchphrase "a shabby Premier inn wannabe."Rooms are OK but more Travelodge than Premier Inn, but areas of the hotel are very run down, can't show pics of pool area but it's dirty and run down, doors have been replaced with shower curtains. We asked for a room with a view which we got but one of the two double glazed windows the glass was blown and that sums up the hotel,in need of maintenance.Plus points staff very good, breakfast good but evening meal poor, looks like posh ping meals(microwave)bought in from industrial compass catering. In short if you want a relaxing Spa Hotel others do it far better and cleaner for the same price,3 stars for staff and location not the hotel.P.s. there is no proper path from the hotel to the main road to catch the bus,and not lit at night.

Usually a pleasant experience but for weeks now the pool.or the showers have been cold on and off. Now the changing rooms are being decorated. It would be ok if the hotel could email us when its closed but they dont. Have turned up at least 4 times and had to go home. If they cant email us maybe we could have a refund on our subscription for every day the pool is not available.
