March 2025We were quite nervous about taking our daughter and friends here for her birthday due to reading all the negative reviews BUT we needn't have been. The experience was brilliant!! Staff were friendly, helpful, refunded us for any socks we didn't need on the day, were instantly attentive to our daughter who landed awkwardly on the inflatables, really kind and supportive to another girl when she was getting frustrated with herself, the cafe guys were also great and friendly. Honestly, it was just brilliant and made us want to leave a review to offset the negative ones a little. Recommend 100%!!!

February 2025£21 an hour, cannot use any other trampoline socks apart from their own ones. Which are pretty crap and kept coming off. Went for a coffee beforehand, took forever for our cinnamon bun mocha to be made. (Apparently because it was a new drink and they didn't know how to make it 🤦🏻♂️) You can store your stuff in lockers when you get there - but your choice is to pay £2 for a 3 hour rental of a tiny locker or use a large er (that's a locker that doesn't lock btw) The small lockers are digitally controlled which is great until the system jams and you can't get into them without a staff member coming over so you end up wasting time waiting for them to try rebooting it before getting the keys out. If you're in for a 2 hour session you get removed midway through and then readmitted so you lose a other couple of minutes there. Kids had fun, but frustrating for the adults with the logistical problems and terrible socks.

February 2025Felt very overcrowded, they need to reduce capacity as children were often standing around waiting to jump, with older children taking control and not allowing smaller children to have a go. It's overpriced compared to other flip out sites when the equipment is all the same. Spectator fee is £3, can exchange for a free drink but the Cafe is dirty and staff are unhappy. Booking system is easy but they need to reduce their max capacity and prices.

February 2025Not a good morning. I am absolutely appalled by the staff and the service at this horrific venue, your rules are outrageous and quite frankly you are a complete scam. I paid full price to bring my 7 year old child here for 1 hour, free carer as she is registered disabled, I also bought my 9 month old baby who does not walk! I completely understand not having her jumping as this is dangerous and could end in a serious accident, what I do not agree with is being told to leave the UNDER 5 areas as I have no paid for her to be in there, when I went and spoke to the receptionist and asked how much it would cost for her to sit in the Under 5s I was told FULL PRICE, I was expected to pay over £14 for my baby who can't even walk to sit on a soft mat! Not even a plastic ball to play with or a slide! I just wanted her somewhere to sit safe where I could see my disabled child also. I am mortified that a children's play place cannot accommodate for parents who have children of different ages, if I had attended a soft play area today, which may I add would of been half the price of this place! My baby would have gone FREE as I paid FULL PRICE for a sibling. This is an absolute joke and has left me feeling angry and upset. Not to mention we had planned to book a birthday party here for August but that certainly won't be happening now, I'll spend my money wiser somewhere elsewhere. Your staff are rude and abrupt, they didn't offer to help me up the stairs with my pram because the lift is broke, it is extremely unfriendly.
